Preeti S. from New Delhi, India Three factors that made my stay most memorable at Grand Seasons are: 1. In-house Indian Restaurant: Being a vegetarian it was most difficult for me to find places to dine and finally staying at a hotel which had its own Indian restaurant was a great advantage. 2. View of Twin Towers and the Gleaming City: The wide windows open up to a magnificent view of the Twin Towers and stunning Kuala Lumpur city. 3. Immaculate Guestrooms: The rooms were average in terms of space with good enough space for two to stay. They were immaculately arranged with cozy and comfy master bed, electronic safe, coffee and tea machine, LCD TV, mini bar and more. Apt for both business and leisurely traveler, Grand Seasons is a decent place to stay. Though not an extravagant place, Grand Seasons is clearly a luxurious place to live at and is highly recommended to all kinds of travelers.

Frequent_FlyerSydney from Australia Great Service
I did not stay at this hotel but had dinner with several members of my family. I had bought some Groupon deals for an Italian buffet. The choices were extensive although it was more Malaysian than Italian. I think there were 4-5 types of pasta and 4 sauces, plus antipasto, cold meats and a small selection of cheeses. The dessert buffet was stunning. I enjoyed the bbq meats.
However it was the service that make a difference. Our water glass were topped up almost immediately when it reached halfway. Our plates were cleared as soon we had finished to allow us to get fresh items.
Thanks to the professional staff who treated all the guests equally although we paid 1/2 price for the meal.

Really grand at affordable price
We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a wonderful time. This is really a grand property and is the tallest hotel in Kuala Lumpur. This is located in the centre of the city and near to monorail station. Nearby places to visit by monorail would be Bukit Bintang (for night life and mall shopping), China Town, etc. This place is also near to twin towers. Rooms are spacious and offer a good city view. Room service is also very good. We saw many Indian families staying in this hotel.

pratap48 from India “Fantastic view”
We reached the Hotel in the afternoon from the long journey Genting-Kuala Lumpur checked in and occupied our rooms on the 26th floor. The Hotel building seemed to be one of the tallest buildings in Kuala Lumpur and the view from the room was worth as there was a full view of the twin towers. We then went for a city tour and had our dinner at an Indian restaurant at KL tower and returned back to our Hotel rooms and wow the scene from the rooms was eye-catching as the twin towers were lit with beautiful lighting at night. We enjoyed the hotel very much.

Akshayagarawall from Bangalore, India “Very nice 4 star hotel”
I think we had our room on the 27th floor of the hotel and it was amazing....excellent view...very spacious rooms and bathrooms... the rates are reasonable and we were provided complimentary breakfast and dinner (indian). The best part is very good hospitality and really nice place to stay if you want luxury at an affordable price. The metro station is also at walkable distance.

Yuchen L. from Singapore “Comfort stay which won’t burn a hole in your pocket”
Grand Seasons Hotel is located at 72 Jalan Pahang, KL. Although not located at the heart of KL, travelling to KLCC or KL Central is a breeze. The LRT is located just 5 mins away from Grand Seasons. If one does not wish to take the public transport, they can choose to take a taxi to KLCC or KL Central which is just a 10mins ride. The Executive room Is clean and comfy with the necessary amenities like a mini-fridge, hairdryer, wide-screen tv and a computer. The view from the hotel room is fantasy and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall the stay is a pleasant one for me and I enjoy the stay very much.

Marnellie M. from Philippines “Great location and affordable hotel”
The room was upgraded to executive suite for free and we had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms are kept tidy and our window view was spectacular specially at night. The location is also near the key destinations in KL such as the Petronas Towers and the night market. We will definitely stay again at this hotel on our next stay and recommend to our friends. The only bad experience we had are the call pranksters from other rooms and we had no way of tracing them.

Britsonbiz from UK “For the money you can’t complain”
We stayed on a business trip for 6 nights, the room was large, the beds where comfortable and the rooms clean, we used room service and were impressed with what we received, the pool area on 11th floor was fantastic and a great place to get a tan with views across the city. The breakfast options were quite wide although being British we stuck to eggs and toast, check in was ok and so was check out, considering the number of rooms the lifts were very good also as never waited more than a couple of mins, food was cheap but alcohol was very expensive, bottled water is alot cheaper from shops in lobby than cafe or restaurant in same lobby, all staff we spoke to were very friendly and very helpful (although did raise a few eyebrows when we got a Mcdonalds delivered to hotel, only cost about £6 for 2 meals delivered!) Red and White taxis are much cheaper than blue ones but are alot older aswell, very few taxis used meter but to be honest for RM20 (about £4) they would take you almost anywhere and I could not be bothered arguing over £2 on a twenty minute taxi ride when you pay that over here just to get in one. Petronas towers is witin easy reach and is well worth a visit. Overall a nice place to stay especially if you get a higher level room like we did, would recommend to others.

Beng Y. from N/A "Good location”
Room was well-furnished and very spacious. Bed was moderately soft, so we had a good night’s rest. Good location and easy to find, as it was the tallest building in the area. Service staff was helpful and informative. Food places also within walking distance behind the hotel.

Julie O. from UK “great hotel and fab location”
The hotel is in a great location with excellent transport links. We could see the towers from our room so we were really thrilled. The rooms are quite big and the beds are larger than an average single. We really enjoyed the selection at breakfast, set us up for the day. We used the gym and the pool, so made the most of the facilities. Enjoyed our stay.

Muhammad N. from Singapore "Modest hotel at reasonable price"
A modest hotel at a reasonable price. Good for those who drive as its quite far from the business and shopping district. Plus point near the highway thus quite easy to find the hotel.

Kim E. from Malaysia Good location hotel.
I booked my rooms through Agoda and found that check-in and out very convenient as payment was handled by Agoda. The hotel was fully booked on 5th March 2011, however we only had to wait 15mins for housekeeping to clean our room. The head waiter was very helpful in recommending places where we could find local food and we were pleased to find them just behind the hotel, all within walking distance.

Muhammad M. from Singapore Lovely hotel with great staff.
Hotel is nice and comfortable. I came one day late because I didn't realise I booked a day earlier than expected arrival date. The staff helped me out and upgraded me to executive room with no extra charges, and called the room after an hour to ask if there's anything I need... great service!

Harsh 7827 Harsh Best hotel seen in Malaysia for low rate. Even the metro rail station is next to it. They provide quality service and the food was awesome. Must stay in this hotel if you are going kuala lumpur. The staff was also very good and helpful. they had even made rangoli for deepavali. that was the best part of the hotel.
